Arrival dates are estimates and include production + delivery time.
How we estimate arrival dates + fees explained
Production Time
Production time is 4 business days* Order cut-off time is 2pm NZST (3pm NZDT) on business days. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
Arrival date = production time + estimated express shipping time to your postcode
Production Options (shipping fees apply)
Best Value: 7+ business days production + 3 day express shipping - $9.90
Saver: 6 business days production + 3 day express shipping - $12.90
Standard: 5 business days production + 3 day express shipping - $15.90
Production time
Our standard production time is 5 business days, however if you need it sooner we offer the following Fast Track production options:
4 business days: Surcharge: $30 or 15% of your subtotal applies
3 business days: Surcharge: $40 or 25% of your subtotal applies
Delivery time
Delivery time to your postcode is estimated by NZ Post and is added to the production time to determine your estimated delivery date.
The NZ Post delivery fee is $9.90 nationwide.
Note: Production times are longer for some highly customisable products such as honour boards, personalised ribbons & custom ribbons, custom medals, coins & lapel pins. If a product has a longer production time than standard, it will be detailed on the product page.
What is covered by Freight Protection? Any loss or damage to your order that occurs during transportation.

Handling Fees
What is a Handling Fee and what does it cover? At Awards And Trophies, we treat every single order with the same level of creativity and care, regardless of its size or value. Rather than impose minimum order levels, we apply a handling fee to small orders to ensure we can deliver exceptional customer service and the highest product quality every time. This is an additional fee to delivery.
How much are Handling Fees?
FREE for orders over $30 $6.00 for orders $20 - $30 $10.00 for orders under $20
The Handling Fee is charged once per order, not to each individual product in an order.
We are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
